Best Customer Service Ever!
Each of my 4 children have their own Gloria Duchin "baby's first christmas" pewter ornaments. They are beautiful, durable, timeless, and very reasonably priced. My kids can't wait to put their ornaments on our tree each year. Unfortunately, we misplaced my youngest's giraffe ornament when we moved recently. I reached out to Gloria Duchin via their Facebook page to see if there was any way to replace it with the year 2016 on it since only 2018 is available on the website now. I honestly figured it was a lost cause and I would probably not get a response. Thankfully, I was wrong. I got a response the next day saying that they normally don't have past years available but she would check for me. This wonderful woman was able to find a 2016 baby's first christmas giraffe for me! To some it might seem silly as it's just an ornament, but it really meant the world to me. She then proceeded to give me a discount code to use when I placed my order. She went far above and beyond for me, and I could not be more thankful. Beautiful ornaments and the best customer service, hands down!
